We charge shipping at cost. We do not charge for packaging. To view your shipping cost sign in and add your items to your cart, you will then be able to view your shipping cost in real time on the top right hand corenr of the screen. You can also view your shipping by clicking checkout before you pay.
Please Note: The shipping cost seen will be for the basic shipping package. If special delivery or recorded delivery is selected charges will be higher. You can select these options at checkout. |

| I would like to return some products what do I do? |
Please contact us via the contact us page explaining the details of whether the product is defective or whatever reason you might have.
After you have contacted please await your return reference details after which you can send us the goods for a full refund of the value of the goods excluding postage.
Please Note:
We cannot accept returns on all goods depending on the type of good unless there is a defect on the good or a fault from our side. We are also held back due to manufacturers or distributors policies. |
